An established, design-led engineering consultancy is looking for a skilled Revit Technician to join their growing team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented technician to work on a wide range of structural engineering projects, delivering high-quality BIM models and technical drawings across the residential, commercial, and public sectors.
The Role:
- Working closely with engineers and project teams, you’ll take a lead role in producing accurate 3D models and technical drawings using Revit Structure.
- You’ll support the delivery of coordinated, clash-free models and contribute to the development of BIM processes and standards within the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed Revit models for structural projects in concrete, steel, masonry, and timber.
- Produce 2D and 3D technical drawings in accordance with project specifications.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain model integrity, file structure, and documentation standards.
- Assist with BIM coordination and contribute to digital workflow improvements.
About You:
- Strong proficiency in Revit Structure with a solid understanding of structural detailing.
