HGV C+E Class 2 drivers needed in Tewkesbury, paying £15.00 per hour + annual leave on top. Ongoing work Monday to Friday, starting at 08:00am, with free on-site parking and optional overtime.
You will be required to complete a collection run each day before tipping at various locations. This position is full time, Monday to Friday and will consist of some handball and use of a pallet truck in some collection locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect and deliver goods driving a Class 2 (Cat C) vehicle.
- Complete delivery notes and paperwork accurately.
- Represent the company professionally with a positive attitude.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks to ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
- Always deliver customer service.
- Hold a full in date UK Class 2 driving licence.
- Hold a valid in date CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
- Positive & Professional 'Can Do' customer-facing attitude.
- Be a team player, takes pride in keeping trucks clean & tidy.
- Maximum of 9 points for minor endorsements, over the age of 21.
- Pass the company induction, theory, walk round checks, driving & reversing.
Paying £15.00 per hour, option for overtime available.
