Our client is a large Built Environment Consultancy with multiple offices across the UK and they are looking for a candidate with Coordination experience through the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund. This is an opportunity to work with our multidisciplinary team of Property Consultants, Project Managers, Building Surveyors, Services and Sustainability Engineers, to deliver domestic (and some non-domestic) retrofit services, and to assist our clients in delivering their net zero carbon strategies for their existing stock.
Experience and skills required:
- Experience of retrofit coordination under SHDF schemes
- Preferably, but not essential - a construction qualification e.g. surveying
- Consultancy experience and/or a background in Public Sector Housing
- Experience of using Energy Efficiency modelling software
- Preferably an understanding or experience of undertaking EPC, SAP, PHPP reports
- An analytical mind with a high level of intellect - combining excellent written and oral skills
