We’re looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our growing Mission Critical team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre projects across Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping project delivery, managing commercial performance, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the commercial aspects of complex, high-value projects from bid stage through to completion.
- Ensure delivery to agreed scope, budget, and timeline while proactively managing risks.
- Track and report on financial KPIs, implementing strategies to optimise performance.
- Review, negotiate, and manage bespoke client and supplier contracts.
- Oversee international supply chain procurement and compliance.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and lead conflict resolution where needed.
- Support business development and client engagement activities.
- Mentor and develop junior team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and commercial governance systems.
- Strong educational background in engineering, business, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure or construction projects.
- Solid understanding of financial metrics, contractual terms, and commercial risk.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools.
- Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software is a plus.
