We’re looking for a Senior Cost Manager to join our growing Mission Critical team in Central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge data centre projects across Europe, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and international stakeholders. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping project delivery, managing commercial performance, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the commercial aspects of complex, high-value projects from bid stage through to completion.
  • Ensure delivery to agreed scope, budget, and timeline while proactively managing risks.
  • Track and report on financial KPIs, implementing strategies to optimise performance.
  • Review, negotiate, and manage bespoke client and supplier contracts.
  • Oversee international supply chain procurement and compliance.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and lead conflict resolution where needed.
  • Support business development and client engagement activities.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management and commercial governance systems.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong educational background in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Solid understanding of financial metrics, contractual terms, and commercial risk.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and project management tools.
  • Experience with Primavera P6 or similar scheduling software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • A proactive, organised, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
