Are you a high-performing Account Executive looking for an unfair advantage when it comes to finding new clients, growing your portfolio and your earnings with it? You’ll be part of a brokerage embedded within a much wider group that serves over 160,000 UK businesses — giving you unrivalled access to warm leads and powerful referral networks. You will inherit a book of business and be targeted with cross-selling other lines of business.
What You’ll Do:- Manage and grow an existing book of commercial insurance clients
- Retain and cross-sell, driving an average of 2+ policies per client
- Win new business through warm internal referrals, pre-set appointments, and your own network
- 90% retention, and new-to-enterprise wins
- A centralised lead generation team booking qualified meetings
- Internal referrals from other divisions working with mutual clients
- A suite of data and digital tools to help you identify opportunities, improve service, and reduce client costs
- Modern, vibrant offices available for quarterly in-person collaboration
- Proven success in commercial insurance sales or account management
- A consultative approach with strong client relationship skills
