- Taking full ownership of farm operations: including bird welfare, health and safety, and delivering top quality poultry to exacting standards.
- Managing farm budgets and hitting targets, both financial and physical.
- Leading and mentoring a dedicated team, creating a positive, professional and productive working environment.
- Upholding the highest standards in farm appearance and integrity because first impressions count, even in the countryside!
- Living and breathing the commitment to animal welfare in every decision and action you take.
- Participating in our bespoke Agriculture Academy, with the opportunity to grow your skills and shape your future as one of our next generation agriculture leaders.
- Helping Assistant Farm Managers spread their wings and grow into future farm leaders.
What You Need
- Have solid experience in broiler farm management.
