Ideally you will have solid experience of both direct tax and indirect tax issues, HMRC powers, tribunal procedure and High Court restitution and judicial review. You will be used to dealing with the HMRC enquiry process and also have experience in running Tax Tribunal proceedings and tax litigation in the High Court.
