We have direct instructions from our international City firm client, which is currently looking to recruit a mid-level Wealth Management Associate to join the team in London.
The Wealth Management group provides UK and international tax and wealth planning advice to some of the wealthiest individuals in the market, their family offices and leading trust companies and private banks. Wealth Management sits within the firm's wider Tax practice.
The team specialises in advising UHNW individuals, family offices, trustees and banks on complex cross-border tax and trust related issues, including advising HNW individuals on strategic tax planning and asset structuring, advising on the establishment of family offices and investments and on pre-litigation strategy and tax investigations. The team often advises on legal and tax issues relating to the succession of substantial family-owned businesses and the creation of, or legal and tax issues which arise in connection with wealth-holding structures.
The team advises non-UK domiciled individuals (including some who are UK resident) and some who are non-UK resident from Europe, the Middle East and globally.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate all, or the majority of, the following:
- A qualified wealth management Associate/tax advisor (mid-level Lawyer or accountant) with experience of UK tax planning for international and UK clients.
