My client is a Large Pharma company seeking a Nurse Educator (Training), the role is field based in South Wales.
ROLE: The Nurse Educator will play a critical role in delivering high-quality training and education to both healthcare professionals and patients in primary and secondary care settings. Ideally with a strong background in diabetes care, the role holder will provide technical device training to support best practices in diabetes management. This role is dedicated to supporting a Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) system, ensuring healthcare professionals and patients are confident in its use for effective diabetes management.
CANDIDATE:
- Essential: Current or previously Registered Nurse (RN)
- Preferred: Previous experience as a Diabetes Specialist Nurse (DSN) or equivalent.
- A specialist qualification or significant experience/interest in diabetes care.
- Experience in delivering training to both healthcare professionals and patients in group and individual settings.
- Strong understanding of diabetes management, including medication, monitoring, and lifestyle interventions.
- Familiarity with NHS structures and processes in both primary and secondary care.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and experience in maintaining customer interactions.
- Must have driving license and car.
