EMEA Key Account Manager – pharmaceuticals Up to £72k (current remuneration dependent) + bonus incentive + excellent benefits package EMEA Key Account Manager key responsibilities include * Management of key pharmaceutical accounts specifically in European Wholesale / Distribution markets * Developing current & new out-licensed partnerships with experienced local wholesalers / distributors across Europe * Responsible for Revenue growth, Portfolio growth, opening up new countries and new clients * Responsible for Out-licensing activities in Distribution markets * Contract / Negotiation with existing & new clients * Financial /Commercial projections of deals – Business projections, NPV, IRR * Review of financial performance of accounts/portfolio – Rev, GM, GM% * Develop 5yr growth plan for the division * Internal & external relationship management including current accounts, Supply chain, Regulatory, Logistics and Accounts & Finance teams EMEA Key Account Manager profile * Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University; MBA / MSc or similar level qualification * 5-8yrs experience in a similar pharmaceuticals Key Account Manager role, preferably developing relationships & opportunities in Europe * Good knowledge of the European Pharmaceutical market dynamics, market forces, pricing mechanism & regulatory environment etc. * Sound financial understanding of project finance, payback, Internal rate of return and Net Present Value. * Good understanding of pharmaceutical R&D, commercial, IP and legal environments. * Strong in Financial Modelling – NPV, IRR * Thorough knowledge of project planning, project management and regulatory environment. * Strong understanding of business / commercial strategy and ability to align projects with organizational goals.
