With an exceptional platform, strong international connectivity, and a track record of success in M&A and Private Equity transactions, the firm is now building out its TS practice to meet growing client demand for commercially minded diligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow the Transaction Services (TS) offering, with a focus on Financial Due Diligence (FDD) and Valuations Due Diligence (VDD) for Private Equity and strategic M&A transactions.
  • Own and manage senior client relationships, particularly with PE firms, family offices, and acquisitive corporates.
  • Originate and deliver TS mandates across the mid-market (deal values typically £15m–£200m).
  • Provide commercially driven due diligence reports, including financial analysis, deal risk assessment, and valuation input.
  • Collaborate with the wider Corporate Finance and M&A teams to offer joined-up advisory solutions.
  • Mentor and develop junior TS team members, contributing to practice development.
  • Play a key leadership role within the firm, influencing strategic growth and service line expansion.

About You

  • Strong exposure to Private Equity and M&A transactions, particularly in the UK mid-market.
  • A track record of revenue generation and business development—you bring a strong personal network of PE firms, intermediaries, and clients.
  • In-depth understanding of valuation, deal structuring, and financial analysis.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to client delivery and team leadership.
  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent, with outstanding commercial and communication skills.

Why Join?

  • Lead and shape the Transaction Services practice at Partner level.
  • Genuine autonomy to develop your own portfolio and revenue lines.
  • Access to a high-quality international referral network and strong deal flow.
  • Collegiate, high-performing culture focused on client impact and long-term partnerships.
  • An opportunity to play a central role in the firm’s continued UK and international expansion.
