Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure new bearings are manufacturable.
- Develop and implement efficient production processes for new bearings.
- Create manufacturing plans, including bills of materials and production schedules.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential manufacturing risks.
- Design and implement robust gauging solutions.
- Continuously improve manufacturing processes to optimize quality and efficiency.
To be successful you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
