My Client, one of the largest Law firms across the globe, who boast over 81 offices and 9,000 staff members, seek a Legal Float PA to support Partners and Fee Earners across their award winning departments. The role itself is perfect for a PA who is keen to secure a heavily involved role.
Based in the heart of the City

- 9:30am - 5:30pm

Duties:
- Day to day diary management to include scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Arranging global travel to include business itineraries.
- Email management.
- Audio typing, creating and amending correspondence and placing documents into house style.
- Creating PowerPoint presentations, memos and reports.
- Time entry.
- Manage the billing process.
- Assistance with the BD activities.
Candidates must have at least 2 years experience of working within a Law firm, supporting their own allocation - or in a Hub setting, supporting Partner level.
