TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an established and respected high street law firm in West Wales seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join their property team in Lampeter. About the Role:
This is a broad and interesting residential conveyancing position, suitable for individuals at any stage of their legal career - from newly qualified solicitors and legal executives to experienced fee earners. You’ll manage a manageable caseload of varied property matters with support from a friendly and approachable team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and registered/unregistered titles
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors
- Managing files from instruction to post-completion
- Providing practical and clear legal advice with a focus on service quality
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures
What You’ll Need:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced conveyancing fee earner
