We’re partnering with a highly regarded GP surgery in Oxford that’s looking to welcome an experienced Practice Nurse to its team. About the Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent clinical care across a range of essential services, including:
- Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension)
- Childhood and travel immunisations
- Wound care, cervical screening, and NHS health checks
- Lifestyle advice and health promotion
- Supporting QOF and practice-led initiatives
What We’re Looking For
- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- At least 12 months of primary care experience
- Skilled in treatment room duties and chronic condition support
- Confident using EMIS or SystmOne (preferred but not essential)
- A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach
