We’re partnering with a highly regarded GP surgery in Oxford that’s looking to welcome an experienced Practice Nurse to its team. About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering excellent clinical care across a range of essential services, including:

  • Chronic disease management (e.g. asthma, diabetes, hypertension)
  • Childhood and travel immunisations
  • Wound care, cervical screening, and NHS health checks
  • Lifestyle advice and health promotion
  • Supporting QOF and practice-led initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
  • At least 12 months of primary care experience
  • Skilled in treatment room duties and chronic condition support
  • Confident using EMIS or SystmOne (preferred but not essential)
  • A proactive, compassionate, and collaborative approach
