You will utilise your prescribing skills to enhance patient care and improve access to treatment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct patient consultations and assessments. Prescribe medications or treatments within your scope of practice. Monitor and review patient response to treatment. Maintain accurate patient records. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Requirements: Registered with the relevant regulatory body (GPhC or HCPC). Independent Prescribing qualification.
