We are working with one of our clients, an established multi-strategy hedge fund with a 30-year track record, to hire for a newly created senior operations role. The role would be the most senior ops team member in the London office.
The role involves significant responsibility in managing all aspects of the fund's day-to-day operations, including dealing with various counterparties and overseeing the fund administrator. It also provides an opportunity to work closely with a number of Portfolio Managers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of buy-side operations experience and a strong knowledge of a variety of financial products. Experience in launching new funds is highly desirable.
The role offers a base salary of between £90,000 and £120,000, depending on experience, plus a strong bonus structure. Hybrid working arrangements are also available.
