We are seeking an experienced Locum Pharmacist to join a team and support the provision of a wide range of pharmacy services in Dorset. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a supportive team while enjoying competitive pay and flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a range of essential pharmacy services including Flu and Covid vaccinations, New Medicines Service (NMS), Emergency Hormonal Contraception (EHC), Minor Ailments service, and Pharmacy First service.
- Administer travel vaccinations and provide travel health advice.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide expert medication advice to patients.
- Offer professional consultation and care for patients, ensuring safe and effective use of medications.
- Support the pharmacy team with day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with all legal, ethical, and professional standards.
- Maintain high standards of patient care and service.
