The predicted salary is between 72000 - 100000 £ per year.
We are looking for a Senior EA with excellent Private PA experience to support this dynamic and highly successful UHNW in all business and private/personal requests.
Degree standard preferred and 10 years+ working for an UHNW Entrepreneur or UHNW Family Office/High Profile individual is needed to be considered for this role. You will understand a role of this level having worked in a similar position at a high salary and similar level of responsibility already.
Financially aware with excellent business acumen, this is an interesting role for a career-minded EA/CofS with much to offer. Working closely with the Principal/staff & family, sorting out what the day-to-day and month-to-month situation is, keeping an up-to-date "to do list" and bringing solutions to problems with a proactive and productive approach.
Able to sort out highly confidential private & personal business matters and juggle priorities. A hands-on and helpful personality with humour is essential. Happy to take on the day-to-day private support as well as the large projects is needed to succeed in this role.
This is a role needing high discretion & confidentiality and there is out of hours as expected with a role of this nature/stature. Top English skills written and spoken and able to compose top-level letters & emails and prioritise with ease.
A background at a senior level liaising with accountants and lawyers, reading high-level documents and being a go-to person for the group wanting time with the Principal. A positive and engaged personality able to make relationships quickly and liaise easily with other members of staff/wider family.
You will become a trusted right hand to the Principal and become highly involved in many projects and day-to-day requirements. Excellent package + bonus.
