In this role, you will provide personalised coaching, essential support, and career advice, helping students build their skills, confidence, and prepare for their futures. You will emphasize the importance of British Values, fostering an environment of tolerance and respect, while promoting healthy living and addressing issues like radicalisation and extremism. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with various College services and external agencies to ensure every student has the support needed to overcome challenges and achieve success.
