What You’ll Do As an Experience Strategist, you will: * Contribute to strategic engagements by helping define user journeys, map opportunity areas, and co-create product direction. * Facilitate and support workshops that bring stakeholders together to align around goals, user needs, and experience priorities. * Turn research into strategy by translating insights into actionable experience principles, product recommendations, and roadmaps. * Collaborate across disciplines, working closely with Designers, Researchers, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure strategy comes to life in the experience. * Support client conversations by articulating the “why” behind decisions, connecting business outcomes to user experience improvements. * Contribute to team growth, bringing structured thinking, storytelling, and strategic rigor to everything you do. What You Bring: * 8+ years of experience in UX, research, or experience strategy, with a proven ability to guide product teams from insight to execution. * Strong understanding of user-centered and service design tools, journey maps, experience principles, roadmaps, systems thinking and strategic frameworks. * Experience translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear, actionable strategies. * Ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels. * A portfolio or case studies that …
