Process Re-Engineering Project Manager

Our collaborative approach places experienced professionals in high-impact roles, helping our clients to navigate complex challenges and realise strategic outcomes.We are currently partnered with a Wealth Management/Financial Advisory of ours, acting as their consulting partner for their Business Change and Transformation projects – supporting them across 7 key business areas. We are now looking to bring on a Project Manager, to work on their process re-engineering, amongst other areas.Key Responsibilities:Project Management: Lead end-to-end process re-engineering initiatives using proven methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM), ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.AI Integration: Identify opportunities for applying AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation (e.g., NLP, RPA, predictive analytics) to improve or transform business processes.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT, data science teams, and external vendors to define scope, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.Process Mapping & Analysis: Conduct current state assessments, gap analyses, and future state design; develop process models, KPIs, and documentation.Change Management: Drive organizational alignment and user adoption through effective communication, training, and change strategies.Continuous Improvement: Establish a framework for ongoing evaluation, measurement, and optimization of AI-driven processes post-implementation.
