We are now seeking an exceptional Guest Communication Agent to work with our talented team in delivering unparalleled guest experiences and pro-active communication.

As a Guest Communication Agent, you are part of the front office team, ensuring the delivery of an exceptional guest experience. Our Guest Communication Agent key responsibilities include:

  • Part of the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations and guest communication and satisfaction.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction through warm and welcoming guest service skills.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and energy-saving projects.
  • Foster a culture of guest excellence, service and welcome.

What We're Looking For in our Guest Communication Agent:

  • Experience in guest communication roles within luxury hotels.
  • Effective knowledge of front office systems and front desk procedures.
  • A passion for sustainability, luxury hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Full-time onsite role: 40 hours per week, with a flexible rota including weekends.
