We are seeking a Manager, Treasury to join our team, reporting to the Vice President, Finance. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, treasury operations, and supporting the wider treasury functions for our European investments. The team is located across London, Cork, and Madrid.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Monitoring and reporting treasury, liquidity, and capital management operationsPreparing cashflow forecasts, managing bank accounts, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirementsAssisting in fund flow preparations and overseeing payment processesHandling IFRS accounting and reporting, including month-end close and transaction reviewsAnalyzing P&L and Balance Sheet, and preparing reconciliationsReviewing quarterly IFRS reporting for group consolidationReviewing financial and lending data from operating platformsManaging the preparation of annual financial statements and external auditsPreparing quarterly compliance certificates and supporting lender reportingAssisting in annual budgeting and variance analysisConducting ad-hoc analyses to support business needsKnowledge, Skills & Experience:Degree with 2:1 or higher classification3-4 years post-qualification experience with ACA/ACCA from top 10 accounting firms, preferably with sector-specific experienceExperience in treasury, debt management, and compliance reporting is advantageousFamiliarity with finance systems like OneStream is beneficialStrong accounting fundamentals and organizational skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, changing environmentProactive, motivated, and able to demonstrate initiativeBrookfield is committed to a positive, safe, and respectful work environment.
