Responsibilities of this role: Assessments, reviews, care-planning, duty and capacity assessment.To practice effectively, exercising high quality judgements in situations of increasing complexity, risk, uncertainty and challenge, acting with confidence and considerable autonomy whilst accessing and using support and advice.To support and assist the provision of high-quality adult social care for older people and adults within national and local policy guidelines by assessing and meeting the care needs of adult citizens in the district.To develop skills in evaluating the quality and impact (outcomes) of own practice and that of the team and service.
