As a Deployment Engineer, you will ensure that third-party vendors such as contractors, electricians, and assembly workers meet quality standards. You will follow specific Service Level Agreements related to Quality Checks that need to be completed on the AR floor. Your role involves managing and checking the work of third-party vendors, reporting any issues to prevent risk and resolve them efficiently. Training is provided through existing team members, and assignments may vary in scope, size, and length.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, collaborate, and develop relationships with full-time employees, vendors, and general contractors on-site to meet priorities and deadlines.
- Provide on-site software and hardware support and coordination for initial system development.
- Coordinate setup and configuration of systems.
- File tickets into the ticketing system and follow them to resolution independently.
- Provide documentation and updates as directed or assigned.
- Oversee assembly line, equipment staging, and placement.
- Ensure station install and configuration oversight.
- Progress reports on floor builds and inventory.
- Oversee production testing as assigned.
