Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a full range of drainage services, including reactive unblocks, planned maintenance, and servicing
- Conducting CCTV drain surveys and reporting findings
- Performing drain repairs and excavation works
- Attending both residential and commercial sites
- Utilising smart devices to manage and update job progress
- Providing a consistently high level of customer service
- Working safely and adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures
What Weβre Looking For:
- Proven drainage experience is essential
- Plumbing experience (domestic and commercial) is highly desirable
- Qualified in High-Pressure Water Jetting and Confined Space Entry preferred
- Familiar with pipe and sewer inspections, drain repairs, and reactive maintenance
- Valid full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach
- A reliable team player who can also work confidently on their own initiative
- Relevant qualifications such as WJA, SADS, CSCS (excavations), or similar are advantageous
