We are looking for a Pay & Reward Manager to join our People Services team at Making Space, based in Warrington. This is a permanent, full-time role offering flexibility to work remotely for most of the week.
You will lead our Pay & Reward function, ensuring smooth delivery of payroll, pensions, and employee rewards. You will also be responsible for managing our HR and payroll system (iTrent), offering system support to colleagues, and producing key management information reports.
You will manage two team members:
- Pay & Reward Co-ordinator
- Systems & Data Co-ordinator
