Leading International construction company with over 150 years history have an exciting new opportunity in their time of growth for an experienced Business Administrator to join their team.
The Business Administrator will be reporting to the Operations Director. The purpose is to support the respective business unit with administrative resource and organisational and departmental functionality. The ability to manage diaries and co-ordinate travel requirements is essential, as is the ability to maintain a high level of integrity, communicate, prioritise workload, and handle multiple tasks with a pro-active, accountable, efficient and organised approach.
Duties:
- Arrange and coordinate diaries for meetings and booking meeting rooms.
- Set up meeting facilities, organise refreshments/lunch requirements.
