At Saint-Gobain PAM , we are seeking a strategic and self-motivated Procurement Manager to lead our procurement function. This role offers the flexibility of part-time hours tailored to your schedule and provides the opportunity to make a significant impact within our dynamic, inclusive organization.

What we’re looking for:

  • Professional certifications (e.g., MCIPS, CILT) are preferred.
  • Proven expertise in a strategic procurement role, ideally within manufacturing
  • Negotiation, analytical, financial acumen, relationship management, and knowledge of tools like SAP, Microsoft Packages, and Power BI.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, detail-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth.

What you will be doing:

This is a new role within Saint Gobain PAM and will offer the right candidate the opportunity to autonomous and strategically:

  • Develop and implement long-term procurement strategies.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance efficiency and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to meet sustainability goals, including reducing carbon footprints and developing reusable packaging processes.
