The predicted salary is between 30000 - 34000 £ per year.
£30,563 - £33,695pa (including On Call). We are currently recruiting for additional Care Coordinators to support our existing team in maintaining an excellent standard of Community Care Service to the Service Users.
Care Coordinators duties will include but are not limited to:
- Producing detailed work schedules and individual shift rotas for the RSD Care Workers.
- Compiling Care rotas so as they may be undertaken in the most efficient way by the RSD Care Workers whilst satisfying the needs of the Service User.
- Liaising with multi-disciplined teams from Local Authority & Local Health Board.
- Managing changes to the shift rotas due to worker sickness.
- Undertaking personal care in emergency situations.
- Providing both written and verbal instructions and guidance to the RSD Care Workers.
- Managing the Emergency On Call phone for evenings & weekends (Rotated).
Skills
- Must be prepared to work out of office hours and weekends.
- Full driving licence and use of a car (Business insurance will be required).
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills demonstrating the ability to man manage staff and maintain high morale & a positive working environment.
- Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2/3 in Care (Training will be supported by RSD).
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Must be computer literate.
- Good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Must have a driver's license & own transport.
