Your mission: As Head of Partner Marketing Manager, you will be part of our international, multidisciplinary Marketing community, focusing on the Cluster Center markets (DACH, PLCZ, and UK/IE). You will play an integral role in our mission to reduce food waste by driving shared partner marketing activity with our most impactful partners that engages and motivates consumers to download and use the Too Good To Go app.
Your Role: Reporting to the Director of Marketing Cluster Center, you will be responsible for consumer-facing and internal shared marketing campaigns with our biggest and most prominent Key Account partners, such as Aldi, Spar, Migros, Coop, Biedronka, Zabka, Greggs, and for driving acquisition of new partners through B2B initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Create and own the strategy and delivery of partner marketing in Cluster Center to scale activations, drive demand, secure new business, and enhance execution within existing accounts.
- Lead, coach, and develop the team of Partner Marketing across Cluster Center markets, providing guidance on setting business objectives, implementing marketing strategies, and developing business plans.
- Deliver innovative and impactful shared B2B2C partner marketing campaigns that positively impact consumer demand KPIs, including New Paying Users and Meals Saved.
- Define & measure success of all Partner Marketing programs and ensure ROI thresholds are met.
- Oversee the planning and execution of a Too Good To Go Partner Advocacy event to engage relevant stakeholders and align with our commercial goals.
- Manage the development and implementation of our partner-focused presence at major industry events and conferences.
- Manage the partner marketing budget effectively.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders within the marketing teams of our Key Account partners in Cluster Center.
- Collaborate with Heads of Key Accounts to identify opportunities and prioritize activities for growth.
- Work closely with our B2C, PR, public affairs, and creative teams to maximize campaigns and align messaging across channels.
- Share best-in-class examples and optimize strategies through international learning loops.
- Adapt global tools to local opportunities and challenge markets to improve overall global performance.
Requirements:
- Proven success in delivering integrated Partner Marketing campaigns at an international scale, achieving KPIs (B2B2C and B2B).
- Experience in online marketplaces and tech is essential.
- Fluent in English and/or German plus another Cluster Center language; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience leading and developing an international team.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance data from marketing campaigns.
- Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to deliver both short-term impact and long-term growth.
- Ability to establish new partnerships and operate effectively in a fast-paced, international matrix organization.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing key projects and reviewing campaign assets.
- A passion for sustainability and understanding of environmental urgency.
