Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Front of House team (2 Hostesses) to maintain a consistently high standard of service and ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Maintain smooth, efficient daily routines from rostering to service delivery.
  • Ensure areas are impeccably presented and well-maintained.
  • Assist in sales & marketing events within the company.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a guest-facing role within a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
