We're searching for a Bartender to join the team at The Blues Kitchen. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant bar scene crafting cocktails, serving our finest drinks, and creating memorable experiences for every guest. What You'll Do:

  • Crafting Cocktails: Mix, shake, and stir a range of signature cocktails alongside the classics, ensuring each drink is a masterpiece.
  • Guest Engagement: Connect with our guests, sharing your knowledge and passion for great drinks while ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Bar Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, ready to tackle both high-energy nights and chill afternoons.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our bar crew and management to keep service running smoothly and to share ideas on how we can up our game.
  • Routine Tasks: Handle cash-ups, stock management, and daily maintenance to keep our bar in tip-top condition.

What to Expect:

  • Competitive pay inclusive of tronc. Hourly wages are paid every 2 weeks on a Friday and tronc is paid on the last Friday of the month.
  • A dynamic working environment where no two shifts are the same. The Blues Kitchen is a lively bar, restaurant and music venue meaning our teams work a variety of daytime and evening shifts over the course of the week.
