We are looking for a new team player to help run the Country Club & Spa reception area, the main purpose of the role is to provide a caring, friendly, and efficient service to our members and guests. With an emphasis on excellent customer service we ensure our guests receive a seamless experience.
Key duties will include:
- To deal promptly and courteously with any enquiries or complaints at the Reception Desk or on the telephone.
- Use Concept booking system and Opera.
- Liaise with various departments to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
- Support the Health Club to drive income and deliver all aspects of the department budget.
- To ensure that day guests are properly welcomed, shown round and looked after during their day.
