As our Spa Host (Part-time, 24 hours per week), your helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service will create an amazing impression each and every time.
As our Spa Host (24 hrs), you'll get:
- Salary: £12.65 per hour + Commission + Excellent Benefits

As a Spa Host here, you will:
- Greet all our guests warmly when they arrive, giving them a friendly, professional welcome.
- Take care of guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently, as well as handling bookings, payments and cancellations.
- Confidently give guests tours of the spa facilities and explain the services and treatments available.
- Answer our phones and respond to emails and online enquiries quickly and courteously.
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system to make sure scheduling is efficient and manageable, and our guests are happy and well cared for.
- Address and resolve guest concerns or issues quickly and brilliantly, escalating to management when necessary.
What we're looking for:
- Flexibility, for you to be available where needed which can include weekends.
- Tidy and organised, keeping our reception area looking perfect, and making sure all front-of-house materials and supplies are well-stocked.
- Ready to pitch in and help with preparing treatment rooms, making sure they're clean, well-presented and ready for appointments.
- Knowledgeable about everything we do, so you're ready to promote and upsell spa services and products to enhance each guest's experience.
- Up to date and following all spa policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety.
- A team player, happy to collaborate with spa therapists and other team members to make sure our service runs smoothly and we deliver a great guest experience every time.
