Due to continued growth across the business, this leading edge Software organisation based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre is looking to the market for a Solution Architect. My client is fully agile, working with 2-week sprints and are on the lookout for an experienced Solution Architect who is happy to work in a fast-paced / collaborative environment and come into the Birmingham City Centre offices at least 2 days per week.

In order to be considered you must be degree educated, and come with a strong Software Development background, ideally accredited within architecture. You must have at least 2 years proven experience of working as a Solution Architect within a software environment. You will be responsible for assessing and evaluating the business needs and determining how technology can support those needs leveraging the latest software technology.

At this level you will obviously be expected to demonstrate superb communication skills at all level (up to board level), along with the ability to develop excellent working relationships with difficult stakeholders both internally and externally. You will liaise with key internal personnel making sure everyone is aligned in developing and implementing technical solutions.
