We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical transformation projects for a values-driven organisation undergoing significant change. This is a contract role offering hybrid working (2-3 days/week on-site in Sunderland) and a chance to shape and deliver large-scale ERP/CRM system implementations (e.g., Salesforce, MRI, or similar), as part of a high-performing PMO team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering multiple, complex transformation programmes across business and IT
- Leading ERP/CRM implementations and related process redesign
- Managing project governance, risk, planning, and stakeholder engagement
- Ensuring alignment of project outcomes with strategic business goals
Required Experience:
- Proven success managing large-scale ERP/CRM or IT transformation programmes
