Key responsibilities:

Excel Mastery:

• Use advanced Excel skills to create comprehensive and insightful reports.
• Manage complex formulas, pivot tables, and data visualizations.
• Extract, transform, and cleanse data from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy in data entry.
• Perform calculations for deductions and reimbursements for various clients, adhering to SLA deadlines.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date files, assisting colleagues to ensure overall accuracy.

Communication:

• Professionally interact with internal teams and external clients.
• Write clear, concise emails and other communications.

Problem-Solving:

• Detect and resolve data discrepancies and process issues with a solution-oriented approach.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and pivot tables.
• Basic understanding of SQL Server is a bonus.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
