Salary: £23,587 - £27,985 per annum + sleep-in rate of £80 per night

Our Kent Learning Disabilities Service is expanding, and we are looking for Support Workers to join our welcoming and energetic team in Tonbridge, Kent.
At Clarion, we provide vital support services to some of the most vulnerable individuals in society. We believe in treating each person as a unique individual, recognising their strengths, aspirations, and the things that matter most to them.
We are keen to hear from people with experience in housing or support work. But just as importantly, we welcome those who may be new to the sector but bring the right qualities: compassion, reliability, good communication, and a willingness to learn and grow.
As a Support Worker, you will work closely with service users to help them achieve personal goals set out in their Person-Centred Support Plans. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality, respectful support.
