Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs and build tailored sourcing strategies.
- Use a range of sourcing tools and techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, internal databases, search engines, and networking) to identify and engage high-potential candidates.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Deliver actionable market intelligence using tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and Gartner Talent Neuron.
- Influence location strategy through data-driven insights into talent availability and trends.
- Create compelling narratives and outreach messages to attract top talent and build interest in opportunities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the recruitment team and hiring managers by sharing sourcing progress, insights, and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate sourcing activity records and update relevant systems (e.g., Workday).
- Stay abreast of industry and market trends to ensure a competitive sourcing strategy.
