Job Description

As the Head of Marketing Campaigns you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the email channel, optimising customer journeys, executing key communications (e.g., newsletters), and developing nurture campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
  • Analyse data to improve performance, identify new journeys and target markets, and ensure accurate data segmentation.
  • Oversee multi-channel campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.
  • Lead media partnership strategy, negotiate high-value partnerships, and use data to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategies that maximise commercial success.
  • Work with the wider leadership team to identify optimisation opportunities across channels.
  • Provide timely reports and insights on campaign and performance metrics.
  • Partner with leadership to identify and leverage commercial opportunities across campaigns.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Head of Marketing Campaigns will have the following:

  • Demonstrable experience within a similar role; with a proven track record of delivering marketing campaigns, including email automation experience - ideally gained within events or working with B2B events.
  • A strong track record of managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written; with excellent copywriting skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a truly collaborative team.
