We partner with clients on a retained basis to deliver exceptional talent and drive meaningful change to premier organisations, whether well-established global brands, or high-growth market disruptors.
The Role:
- Conducting in-depth research to identify potential talent against mandates across a range of industries and geographies.
- Building long term relationships with senior candidates in our market, working against retained executive search assignments.
- Writing detailed candidate assessments, client presentations and market reports.
- Using our internal database to keep record of search progress.
- Working with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.
Qualifications:
- Experience in retained executive search or senior level recruitment (1-2 years ideally)
- Bachelor's degree graded 2:1 or above.
- Strong research, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about people and relationship building.
- A positive and collaborative approach to work.
