Solutions Architect - ID40751

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a capable and experienced Solution Architect to join an organisation undertaking a major systems transformation programme.You’ll be arriving at a critical phase of growth, working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. This role is focused on application architecture within the OSS and BSS domains – particularly around order management, provisioning, CRM, and API integration.Key responsibilitiesDefine and document end-to-end solution blueprints, high-level designs (HLDs), functional specifications, and impact assessments.Design scalable, secure, and future-proof architectures that support core OSS/BSS processes.Analyse and present technical options to senior stakeholders, enabling clear decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Engineering, IT, and Network Operations to align technical design with operational goals.Contribute to the technology roadmap and review low-level designs to ensure architectural consistency.Support automation, analytics, and integration initiatives to drive improved performance and customer experience.The ideal candidateA strong technical communicator – confident engaging with C-level stakeholders and able to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.Proven experience producing architectural documentation including solution blueprints, HLDs, and functional specifications.Skilled in breaking down complex problems and presenting well-structured solution options.Prior industry experience in telecoms, fibre, OSS, or BSS systems is highly desirable.A background in systems or software engineering with a strong emphasis on documentation and solution design is advantageous.Familiarity with architectural frameworks such as TOGAF is a bonus, though not essential.What’s on offerSalary of up to £85,000 DOEGenerous benefits packageHybrid working modelA chance to join a high-energy, collaborative team with a scale-up mentality and strong growth ambitions.Interested?If you’re an articulate, delivery-focused architect ready to help shape the future of OSS/BSS systems, we’d love to hear from you.Inclusion and DiversityWe’re proud to represent clients who celebrate individuality and are committed to creating inclusive workplaces.
