It’s as simple as that.We are seeking an experienced Integration Solution Architect to deliver enterprise-level data architecture as part of a broader HR technology transformation programme. This contract role will focus on defining logical and physical data models, facilitating system integration, and supporting new HR tech platform delivery, including Workday and Workato.HR Architect Responsibilities:Define and maintain enterprise data models and data flow diagrams for HR systemsLead data mapping, schema design, and system integration planning across HR applicationsAct as the lead technical expert for data migration, integration, and architecture within the HR technology ecosystemSupport the delivery and integration of platforms such as Workday, Workato, Oracle, and OktaGuide adoption of advanced data methodologies, including machine learning and AICollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align data strategiesEnsure data accuracy and integrity across multiple systemsContribute to the definition of architecture standards and governance across the businessHR Architect Requirements:Proven experience in data modelling, data flow design, and enterprise data architectureStrong background in HR system integrations, particularly Workday; knowledge of Workato and Okta is highly desirableDemonstrable track record in managing complex data landscapes within large, federated organisationsExpert in integration tools, migration strategies, and data transformationProficiency in SQL, NoSQL, and understanding of machine learning/AI-based processingStrong communication skills and ability to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersDegree in a relevant field or equivalent commercial experienceWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, sex, disability, religion/belief, sexual orientation or age.
