The Role:
You will be responsible for managing and administering the company’s pension scheme. This role involves ensuring compliance with pension regulations, maintaining accurate records, and serving as a point of contact for employees regarding their pension benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Day to day active, deferred and pensioner administration, including calculations, AVCs, new joiners, opt outs.
- General data maintenance for all categories of member, refunds deferred pensions transfers in (DC), transfers out, normal, late, early and ill-health retirements, retirement quotations, deaths in service/deferment/retirement.
- All Pensioner administration including adding and ceasing members to pensioner payroll, pension increases, tax queries, providing information to members.
