What Youll Do

Depending on experience, your responsibilities may include:

• Daily production leadership keeping workflow smooth and output high
• Quality & safety oversight ensuring everything meets spec and stays safe
• Team development coaching staff, running 1-1s, building future leaders
• Efficiency improvement reducing bottlenecks, hitting targets, scaling for growth
• Cross-team collaboration working with design, sales, and procurement to deliver on time
