Job Description
This role is for those who want to join a firm and be genuinely supported as a self employed broker. The firm can help with business plans, provide you with lead sources and leads, there are weekly meetings to catch up with the team and have guidance from other brokers, etc.
The Business
The firm was set up a few years ago by two experienced brokers who were fed up of brokerages promising XYZ and support to brokers, but not delivering. The directors are keen to take people on and help them succeed. The firm are truly whole of market, having access to the entire market as well as having access to exclusive products thanks to their network's connections. They also offer advice on unregulated business, i.e. bridging, commercial, etc.
The Role
Working within this firm will see you grow as a broker, in terms of experience and business levels. The firm are looking to provide a broker with at least 50% of what they write on their own. So if you generate £30k a year, the business can double your income. They can do this by providing one on one support to help you self generate and by providing you with lead sources. The firm have a strong network nationwide and can provide you with relationships with estate agents that can book leads straight into your diary.
