Are you experienced in food production and passionate about delivering quality at pace? We are looking for a Line Technician to join a leading food manufacturing team in Hull on a 4 on / 4 off day shift pattern.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Complete all line paperwork accurately and on time, ensuring full traceability and compliance.
- Perform pre-start checks and identify issues to maintain seamless production.
- Carry out routine checks on metal detectors and X-ray machines.
- Record and input line performance data to support continuous improvement.
- Monitor product quality and report any defects.
- Support and train others through a structured buddy system.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
- Previous experience as a Line Leader, Team Leader, or Supervisor.
- Solid machine operating background within a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of basic food hygiene and a strong understanding of health & safety.
