Job Title: Production Operative

Pay Rate: £12.21 – £12.50 per hour

Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Shift Pattern: Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

• Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

• Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Gap personnel Gloucester are currently recruiting for multiple Production Operatives on their AM/PM shift at A business who have seen huge periods of existing growth.

Due to natural grow, they are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and hardworking Production Operatives to work within their busy manufacturing facility in Tewkesbury.

Main Duties as a Store Operative:

• Use of machinery such as shrink wrap or similar
• Packing and palletising stock
• Drilling holes and adding fittings if needed
• Loading and unloading
• Any other ADHOC duties within warehouse and production as required
• Use of IT system to manage and adjust orders and production accordingly.

Full training will be given to all job requirements, please note this role will be demanding and physical one; attention to details needed due to product number matching to order sheet.

Successful candidates we be a pro-active team worker, liaising and co-operating with all members of staff. Operate within the confines of company policy and procedure requirements, including integrity and confidentiality in respect of the business. Abide by health and safety legislation in respect of yourself and others.

Working hours:

• Rotating Shifts (Monday to Friday)

  • Week 1: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Week 2: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

  • Potential early finishes on Fridays depending on requirements.
